Friend - or member? Choice is yours!

You have several options to bind your connection to SD-Europe community.
Friends and candidate members are accepted just by the registration.
Full membership requires an initiation process and approval of Executive Committee of SD-Europe.

Depending of your chosen level to connect with SD-Europe, there will be annual fee called subscription fee.
Full members will pay either annual membership fee added with yearly administration fee as their subscription fee or if they have chosen to become Lifetime members, just the yearly administration fee.

You always start as a friend or a candidate member. A Candidate Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe and who is exploring the idea of full-membership. This would usually be decided by attending an Annual Pilgrimage Meeting to meet other Members, but it may be possible to become a full Member by taking part in several online sessions. A member of the EC will guide you along the way.

Friend - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments A Friend has access to the public pages of the SD-Europe website and receives a newsletter four times a year.

Candidate Member - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments A Candidate Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe and who is exploring the idea of full-membership. This would usually be decided by attending an Annual Pilgrimage Meeting to meet other Members, but it may be possible to become a full Member by taking part in several online sessions. A member of the EC will guide you along the way to Membership.
There is no Membership fee but the small €10 (EUR) payment is nominal sign of commitment in form of donation to support our community.

Member - €15.00 (EUR) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th No automatically recurring payments A Full Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe. They may work in leading retreats or have a one-to-one listening ministry. They have full access to the website content - including proceedings of the Executive Committee and additional spiritual resources. They receive the briefing papers for the Annual Meeting and hold voting rights afor elections and decisions at the AGM.
The Membership fee for 2022 is €15.

Life Member - €150.00 (EUR) Subscription period: Unlimited A Life Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe who has paid a life-membership upgrade fee of €150. They may work in leading retreats or have a one-to-one listening ministry. They have full access to the website content - including proceedings of the Executive Committee and additional spiritual resources. They receive the briefing papers for the Annual Meeting and hold voting rights afor elections and decisions at the AGM.
This level of Membership is currently closed to new members.
NOTE! Menbershipfee €50 is considered as annual subscribtion fee that replace previous administration fee (€100/€50).

Associate Member - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments An Associate Member is a spiritual director who lives in a non-European country who wishes to keep in touch and, where possible, attend one of the Annual Pilgrimage Meetings.
Associate Members have access to the public pages of the SD-Europe website and receives the monthly Members' Newsletter.
There is no Membership fee but donations are welcome!

Organization member - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments Having your own practic or service providing business? Running a retreat center? Join as an organization member and have a great possibility both to support our members and promote your services.

We are an international association of Spiritual Directors from a variety of Christian traditions with full membership open to all trained Directors/ Accompaniers in the continent of Europe.

SD-Europe offers several levels of Membership - from Friend through to Full Member. Each level brings different benefits.
