Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for setting the direction of the SDE and enabling its work to develop and flourish. During their term of office, they are Directors of the SDE Company with Ged McHale serving as Company Secretary.

The aim is that the EC represents our various nations and Christian denominations. Committee members are elected for a three year term; and can be elected for a second term.

Our Constitution states that the EC should meet not less than twice a year. However, as SD-Europe has grown, the EC has  found that it now needs to meet roughly monthly.  They hold online Meetings with Members to update them on events and discussions about SDE matters. They also have Extraordinary General Meetings for decisions that need to be taken before the next AGM.
