Because of the Covid pandemic, the much hoped-for Gathering in Iceland was not possible in 2020.

As there was business to address, it was arranged that, on the morning of 13 June, Members would "tune in" spiritually and pray and reflect on SD-Europe matters - communicating via email. This was not ideal, but Members reported a strong sense of community across our nations.

It was during this meeting that we thanked our excellent and much-loved Secretary, Aija Kaartinen and welcomed Kathryn Turner to this role.

Prayers continue that we will soon be able to gather in Iceland.
