A Friend has access to the public pages of the SD-Europe website and receives a newsletter.

Associate Member
An Associate Member is a spiritual director who lives in a non-European country who wishes to keep in touch and, where possible, attend one of the Annual Pilgrimage Meetings.
Associate Members have access to the public pages of the SD-Europe website and receives the monthly Members' Newsletter.
There is no Membership fee but donations are welcome! 

Candidate Member
A Candidate Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe and who is exploring the idea of full-membership. This would usually be decided by attending an Annual Pilgrimage Meeting to meet other Members, but it may be possible to become a full Member by taking part in several online sessions. A member of the EC will guide you along the way.
There is no Membership fee but donations are welcome! 

Full Member
A Full Member is a spiritual director who lives in Europe. They may work in leading retreats or have a one-to-one listening ministry. They have full access to the website content - including proceedings of the Executive Committee and additional spiritual resources. They receive the briefing papers for the Annual Meeting and hold voting rights afor elections and decisions at the AGM.
The Membership fee for 2023 is €XX.
