Now the third candle calmly spoke up and said sadly: "I am Love, but I no longer have any strength. People only love themselves and don't care about those who care for them..." Bursting brightly into flame for the last time, this flame also went out.

Then a little girl came into the room and, seeing all the extinguished candles, she began to cry: "You must burn! You must not go out!"
Then the fourth candle murmured, "Don't be afraid! As long as I'm burning, the other candles can light themselves again from my flame. I am Hope,"

Then the girls took the fourth candle and with that flame she lightened up all the other candles.
